Emma McGurn

Bio:

I have been teaching Iyengar yoga since 2008, gaining Junior Intermediate 1 certificate in 2019.

She continues to study with Senior teachers to improve my own practice and develop teaching skills. As an Advanced Practice Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, I have a high level of understanding of how the body works which I  apply to my yoga practice and teaching.

I’m interested in how Yoga can heal us; my teaching explores:

‘how we can move forward and make progress, how we can explore and observe the changes, and learn.’
