Evelyn Crosskey

Bio:

My father first introduced me to yoga in the 1970’s as he practiced from books. As a keen gymnast I was amazed at the pictures of the asanas in Light on Yoga. My yoga practice has developed further under the guidance of certified teachers and now, as a teacher myself, I have also helped my father along his yogic path too!
I was fortunate to share my plans to open a yoga centre with BKS Iyengar and in a letter he commented that the space looked “a calm and peaceful place”.
