Bio:
Hannah is certified to teach basics, beginners and general classes. With dynamic sequencing and a fun, encouraging attitude, Hannah is passionate about spreading the benefits of Iyengar yoga with as many people from different backgrounds as possible, although her special interest is working with sports professionals. Her training in nutrition and health coaching, mean wellbeing is infused into every part of her life and she is driven by helping others find balance on and off the mat, in order to feel their brightest, most empowered selves.
