Bio:

I started doing yoga in 1990 when I lived in the Lake District and wanted something to help me with my running. I moved to Leeds in 1993 and discovered Iyengar Yoga, and realised that this was the style that suited me – very clear and direct. I have had some wonderful teachers, including Alice Appleton, Lilian Biggs and Debbie Bartholomew, who have helped me on my yoga journey.

I love teaching beginners, and seeing them gain a knowledge of where their body begins and ends, what they can do, where they are stiff, and how to work in a pose.
