Irina Baillie

I first came in contact with yoga as a child through books to improve my posture, through which I corrected my scoliosis.
15 years ago I discovered Iyengar Yoga for myself and since then I have been practising it with the leading teachers of the UK, Europe and Russia. I completed my first study trip to India in 2011. I qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2017. Since then I have been teaching yoga at different locations in London in person and via Zoom.
