Jane Howard

I have been teaching Iyengar yoga since 2002 and practicing for even longer. My classes are a ‘general’ level and suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners – we can all learn from one another. My teaching style combines a sense of fun and informality with the attention to detail and focus that is Iyengar yoga.
Classes in Honor Oak Park (London SE23) and Surbiton (Long Ditton)
