Janice Longstaff

Been teaching Iyengar Yoga for over 40years. It has been my main vocation and passionate about bringing it’s wisdom to others. To enjoy a more healthy and happy life.
I have taught in Adult education for Cornwall College, Truro College, sports centers and privately run classes and now on Zoom. Tuesday 5-6.30pm.
