Joanna Firmin

Jo is certified Level one Iyengar yoga teacher with the UK Iyengar Yoga Association.  Inspired by the Iyengar method, with its precision, detailed approach and profound understanding of each asana, she decided to deepen her knowledge and commence her teacher training in 2018.  She continues to take inspiration from senior teachers and attends regular raining days.
