Judith Richards

I first practised Iyengar Yoga in Zambia in 1970 and have been teaching since 1976, initially in Adult Education classes and hired halls, then from a studio in my home in Long Ditton from 1995 to 2013.
As well as mentoring and assessing, I now run classes and workshops in Long Ditton Village Hall, on the outskirts of Greater London between Surbiton and Thames Ditton.
