Started attending Iyengar yoga classes in 2012, practice was intermittent throughout my teens however it didn’t take me long to realise this was my path. I’ve been teaching Iyengar yoga since December 2020, I still get butterflies being able to call myself and Iyengar yoga teacher, because I’m proud of that achievement and I’m excited to be able to keep doing it for the rest of my life!
