Level 2
I have been practising Iyengar yoga since 1990 and teaching since 2015. I continue to study with experienced trainers including Alaric Newcombe, Patsy Sparksman, Marco Cannavo as well as teachers from RIMYI in Pune. My health and well-being have improved considerably through the practice of Iyengar yoga and it is great reward to share this with others. Teaching new students and supporting more experienced students as they progress in their practice is a joy for me.
