Bio:

I started going to Iyengar yoga classes about 20 years ago and I am an Introductory Level One teacher. To this day yoga continues to challenge inspire and help me in all aspects of my daily life.

I hope I can enable my students to access many of the benefits that yoga has to offer us all. Indeed BKS IYENGAR stated that “Anything we do in life, yoga helps us do it better”
