Lucia Ticha

Bio:

Lucia is a certified Level one Iyengar yoga teacher from the UK Iyengar Yoga Association, currently pursuing Level two qualification in London.

As an ardent follower of B.K.S. Iyengar’s method, she has deepened her knowledge of yoga and teaching skills under the direction of two senior Iyengar teachers, Alaric Newcombe and Sharon Klaff.

She continuously trains and studies under the guidance of many knowledgeable and holistic Iyengar Yoga teachers and directly with the Iyengar Family in India.

She discovered the transformative power of yoga through her learning and personal yoga practice, which she shares passionately with her students through compassion and care.

Her teaching focuses on the development of body alignment, balance, strength, stamina, flexibility, concentration, and keen awareness.
