Margaret (Mags) Bee-Quigley

I have always been drawn to yoga and dipped in and out of attending classes until finding Iyengar Yoga in 2010. I felt deeply the benefits to both my mind and body. My background education and experience in Psychology/Health Psychology, overlaps and complements the teachings and practice of yoga. In 2020 I qualified to teach Iyengar yoga after over three years of training. Since qualifying I have taught via Zoom and face to face classes. My path of learning continues, both from my teachers and students. I believe the greatest gift from yoga is getting to know what’s best for our body and what nourishes and calms our mind.

As I came to yoga later in life, I understand what it’s like to work with stiffness and imbalance. Yoga has improved not only my physical well-being, but also my psychological well-being. It has become a way of life that provides the tools to navigate through each day with a feeling of contentment and bolsters my resilience to deal with the inevitable challenges that come along.

It is a privilege to combine my passion for yoga with helping others to find theirs.
