Marieke Dwarshuis

After first attending Iyengar classes in Edinburgh in the late 90’s, I came back to it in 2013 after a long break, and I have not looked back since. I qualified as a Level 1 teacher in 2021 and now teach at Yoga on Tay.  Through Iyengar yoga I have learnt and am still learning how I can work best with my body and how body and mind work together. It has helped me recover from many a sports injury and from cancer, and  I love sharing this wonderful system of yoga, and the benefits it can bring, with others.
