Rowena Harris

Bio:

I trained with Kathy Welham and Richard Ward in Bristol in the ’90’s to Junior Intermediate 1 level. I now live near Abergavenny and continue to regularly attend classes, workshops and retreats to maintain my practice and understanding of how to support others on their yoga journey. In addition to teaching regular classes I run yoga days in a beautiful yoga studio overlooking the Black Mountains and teach once a month at the Iyengar Yoga Centre in Hereford.
