Bio:

I teach Iyengar yoga at the wonderful Vishuddha yoga centre in the heart of Oxford. I have been practicing Iyengar yoga since 2006, and have been lucky enough to study with senior teachers in the UK and also in Southeast Asia where I lived and worked for over twenty years. I am qualified to teach the Iyengar Level One curriculum. I currently teach two general level, mixed ability Iyengar yoga classes at the Vishuddha yoga centre in Oxford.
