Sara Luff

I qualified in 2005 having trained with Sheila Haswell in High Wycombe. Since then I have been teaching adults and children’s classes in High Wycombe and the surrounding areas. For the first 8 years after qualifying I was both a Teacher and Office Manager at the wonderful Sarva Iyengar Yoga Institute in High Wycombe. When Sarva closed I had to reduce my teaching to one class a week as I had taken on a full time administrative post. However, following a cancer diagnosis in 2016 I left that post to concentrate on my recovery, and with the help of my yoga I am now rebuilding my strength and enjoying teaching as my sole occupation again.
