Sharon Whiteley

I have been practising yoga many years and teaching since 2017. I love teaching Iyengar Yoga. Not only does it challenge and tone the body physically, but it engages the brain as well. In Iyengar we think about what we do and I love the fact that we continue to learn all through our Yoga careers. Everybody can practise Iyengar Yoga and is welcome to my classes.
