Valentina, a dedicated yoga practitioner immersed in yoga philosophy and mysticism, found love at first sight with the Iyengar yoga method. Its disciplined and structured approach led her to reshape every aspect of her life. Valentina’s classes are both explorative and energetic, characterized by precise instructions that create a fun, focused and welcoming environment.
Her ultimate aim is to inspire students to enhance their wellness and attain inner balance. Having trained under senior teachers, Valentina continues her studies and regularly participates in workshops and specialised trainings.
