Bio:

I am a Level 1 Teacher and Trustee of IYCE (Iyengar Yoga Centre for Essex). I currently teach classes in both Lavenham Village Hall in Sudbury, Suffolk (Monday mornings and Thursday evenings), plus at Lamarsh Village Hall near Bures, Essex (Friday mornings). Classes are suitable for beginners and general level students.
