Vashti Davis

I am a Level 1 Teacher and Trustee of IYCE (Iyengar Yoga Centre for Essex). I currently teach classes in both Lavenham Village Hall (Monday mornings and Thursday evenings), plus at The Stevenson Centre in Great Cornard (Sudbury, Suffolk) on a Friday morning. Classes are suitable for beginners and general level students.
