Bio:

My Iyengar yoga experience started in Sheffield when I was advised by an osteopath to practise Iyengar yoga to resolve my back problem. I was convinced I had one leg longer than the other! I subsequently learnt how to use both sides of my body evenly. I was fortunate to be taught by Frances Homewood until a work relocation took me to North Yorkshire. This is where I started teacher training with Alan Brown and went on to become a level 2 teacher. I now teach locally in Cononley.
