Children and teenagers

Morning yoga classes followed by storytelling, breakfast and outdoor activities. Free family time until about 4.30pm and then crafts or more games followed by supper and evening storytelling. 

For those who have attended the full week’s camp, children’s yoga and activities will continue through the weekend and fit around workshop times. 

Adults

Morning yoga class, starting after the children’s classes to give you a chance to breathe and get ready, followed by a late breakfast at around 11. Free family time from 12 until about 4.30pm then another yoga class followed by supper and evening storytelling, making the most of the long, light evenings. 

The weekend yoga workshop will follow a slightly different schedule and the supper and evening storytelling will continue for those camping. 

Please note that adults are required to take full responsibility for their children during the hours when children are not in yoga classes are or participating in organised outdoor or craft activities.  Yoga classes and supervised outdoor activities are suitable for children aged 6 and above. Younger children are welcome to come to the camp free of charge but will need parental supervision at all times.
