Iyengar Yoga Holiday in Tuchola National Park, Poland

Event Description:

Join Debbie for a summer Iyengar yoga holiday in the peaceful surroundings of Tuchola National Park, Poland.

The week will include 10 yoga sessions in a fully equipped studio with wall ropes and props, suitable for all levels of experience. The programme includes asana,  pranayama, sutra study and time for self-practice.

Optional activities include cycling through forested landscapes, kayaking on the Brda River, a relaxing spa visit, a restorative gong bath, and evenings around the firepit under the stars.

All meals are vegetarian or vegan, lovingly prepared by our hosts, Halina and Tomac. Accommodation is in shared rooms (2–3 beds, six en suite) across three floors. Non-yoga friends and children are welcome.

Cost:

£770 (includes yoga, food, and accommodation)

Flights and optional excursions not included.
