We gather once a month to study, deepen, and refine our practice with the clarity and intelligence of the Iyengar tradition.
Sessions offer  a steady mix of core structures, a spacious three hours to explore āsana, pranayama preparation, and the quiet insights of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras.

We move gradually and progressively – from the firmness of standing poses, to the quiet depths of forward bends, the courage of backbends, the discipline of inversions, the fire of transformation, and the stillness that completes the path.
Every workshop brings a clear focus, a guiding sūtra, and a subtle energetic theme to support your understanding of body, breath, and attention.

This journey is for students who wish to work with consistency and curiosity; who feel the call to refine their practice, awaken intelligence, and cultivate steadiness across the year.
