5 Iyengar yoga classes over a long weekend
Fully equipped yoga studio on a farm in the beautiful Sintra National Park. Places are limited to 15 students.
The nearest town is Colares – a 3 minute drive / 15 minute walk from the studio. There are lots of Airbnb’s in the area – it’s a beautiful part of Portugal, about 45 minutes drive from Lisbon. The sea is close – many beaches with coastal and forest walks.
Yoga fee – £195 – DEPOSIT : £75

1st class Friday 12 June approx. 6-8pm & last class Monday 15th am

Flights to Lisbon & car hire seems around £120 for 5 seater for 7 days
