Julian Lindars Workshop – Iyengar Yoga Sussex

Event Description:

Dedicated and highly experienced in the teaching of Iyengar Yoga for many years in the Bristol area, Julian is now establishing an exceptional space for Iyengar Yoga students the Saint Leonards and Hastings area which will open later in the year. He has represented Iyengar Yoga at the Glastonbury Music Festival where he has taught classes for several years. Julian is now the Membership Secretary for IYS and brings with him many years of experience he gained in this position in the national body, Iyengar Yoga UK. Julian’s workshop will focus on the concept of “nirodha” (restraint) in relation to your Yoga practice. Further reading on the concept of nirodha see Patanjali’s yoga sutras I.2, I.12, I.51, III.9. This summer Iyengar Yoga workshop is suitable for students of all levels of experience and ability. This will be a practical session.
