Summer School Weekend with Frances Homewood

Event Description:

Summer School gives a chance to explore deeper connections in our Yoga. Through asana and pranayama, there is time to understand more subtle aspects and how these, together with yoga philosophy, can really help us in our daily lives.

Frances has over 40 years teaching experience and was privileged to be taught by BKS Iyengar and his family at the Pune RIMYI over many years.

This workshop is suitable for those with 3 or more years of Iyengar practice. It runs over 2 days, Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August from 10am to 3:30pm each day, and participants should book for both days.
