About Iyengar Yoga Shala – High Wycombe

The Iyengar Yoga Shala came into being in August 2015. It was founded by me, Sheila Haswell, following the closure of The Sarva Centre in High Wycombe where I taught for 12 years.

I have been teaching Iyengar Yoga in the High Wycombe area since 1980 and the Yoga Shala serves both the local area for regular classes but also a much wider area from London, to Oxford, the Midlands and even Europe for our workshops, due to the good rail and road connections.

The studio offer a spacious, light and fully equipped space for the teaching of Iyengar Yoga at all levels, from beginners, teachers and up to Level 3.

The main studio can take up to 30 mats. A separate area is equipped with props for remedial and restorative work.

You will not need to bring any equipment with you as it is all provided (including mats).
