Monthly General Workshops in Southampton (Hybrid)

Class Description:

These are exchange of learning sessions for Level 2 students, Iyengar Yoga trainees or Iyengar Yoga teachers wishing to progress to Level 2 or 3. We will look at various aspects of asana, philosophy, anatomy and pranayama. Sessions are interactive and designed to inspire and inform your ongoing practice! These sessions are not suitable for beginners.
