Anne Brooks at Yogabase

Class Description:

This is a small friendly class in a fully equipped studio, taught at general/intermediate level depending on students’ level. Beginners are also very welcome. Once you have settled in you will get personal attention to improve your postures.The classes are carefully sequenced and progressive from one class to the next to enhance. Monthly recuperative classes include Pranayama and its preparation. It runs from 0910-1055 except at half term and holidays (see Yogabase website).
