Iyengar Yoga Class for Adults in Auchtertool Village Hall, Fife.

Join me for Iyengar Yoga at Auchertool Village Hall. This is fun and friendly class suitable for Beginners Level Students as well as more experienced yoga practitioners looking to consolidate their practice.

This is a very welcoming group of enthusiasts, at various levels of experience – and flexibility! We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere but hard work of the yoga taught by Jo who manages the class in such a way that we can all participate fully regardless of previous experience.
