Continuing Beginners

Class Description:

Iyengar Yoga is a yoga practice developed by BKS Iyengar, with emphasis on precision and alignment in postures. Basic standing, seated and forward and back bending postures are (asanas) will be taught, as well as some recuperative poses. Inverted postures will be introduced as and when the student is ready. Props (blocks, bricks and belts) are provided and used to make postures more accessible to students.
