BEGINNERS AND GENERAL
A 90 min class suitable for students with a wide range of yoga experience and also for complete beginners. A broad range of poses taught with inversions introduced gradually for those with little experience. Students must be in reasonable good health and not suffering from severe injuries or health problems. Mats and other equipment available to borrow. Please bring own blanket.
