Yoga with Yuna Chair/Gentle Class for seniors

Class Description:

A class designed for seniors, it is a gentle approach to Iyengar yoga, no previous experience is needed.  All equipment is provided.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, avoiding baggy tops and trousers.

Free off-road parking.
