Advanced/Experienced Level Class In-Person

Class Description:

With precise and detailed techniques, students work to enhance a deep and balanced practice. Our advanced classes explore the possibilities of yoga practice, and require a more subtle and mindful approach. Asana becomes less important than approach to practice in these slow, detailed and technical classes, which explore the synthesis of mind, body and breath in yogasana.

These classes would suit experienced students who maintain a stable and regular practice. The detailed, complex nature of the teaching demands a commitment to yoga from any student who attends. Students are required to hold a 10-minute shoulder balance as well as a 5 minute head balance.
