Class Description:

King Henry viii Sports Centre, Thursday, 7pm-8.30 pm.  £11 drop-in, or discount ticket of £55 with 6 weeks to use it up.  A general class, for experienced students wishing to improve their practice.  A very friendly class, and you’ll be made welcome.  I’ve been teaching continuously for 20 years, and classes offer the chance for everyone to take part in an Iyengar yoga class, with suitable adaptations and props.
