Beginners Iyengar Yoga Class in Kirkcaldy, Fife

Join Jo Mitchell for a General Level Iyengar Yoga class suitable for beginners. Jo will take you through basic poses safely and teach you the key actions in each pose. This class takes place at Strive Health in Kirkcaldy. 

Strive Health is located on Methven Road, Kirkcaldy KY1 1TS, close to the West Primary School. 

Classes are £10 but also available in class blocks which are booked in advance.
