General class suitable for all, some intermediate level 2 and 3 poses will be taught.  Week 4 of each month restorative class.

Held in The Old School Studio in Knoll Business Centre, Hove, Old Shoreham road

NOTE: Access via Bellingham Crescent, enter from Stapley Road.
