Class Description:

This is a general 1 hour lunch time class in a lovely warm & light ground floor studio at &Osteo in Brockley, SE4.  Mats, belts, blocks and bolsters are provided as well as showers.  Bring a blanket if you can for relaxation at the end of class and a towel if you want to use the showers.  N.B.
