General Iyengar Class

Class Description:

Start the week with a general Iyengar Yoga class. This is a class for everyone, whether new to Yoga or experienced; Iyengar Yoga is inclusive and general classes are designed to accommodate mixed abilities.
All equipment required is provided, but please bring a mat if you have one.
