Beginners Class

Class Description:

A class for total beginners as well as those who are returning to yoga after a break. Learn the fundamentals of Iyengar yoga, including asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath-work).

Held at Light on Yoga Somerset, a fully equipped Iyengar yoga studio with ropes, above Bailey Hill bookshop, Fore Street
