General Level & Intermediate

Class Description:

This is a general level to intermediate level class, where familiar yoga postures are taught and instructions are given to deepen your understanding and practise.  Inversions and the preparation of inversions will be taught. If a student doesn’t wish to practise inversions for their own reasons, alternative beneficial postures are offered.

This class is held inside a beautiful large, bright hall at the new Lewes Subud Centre, in the Pells area of Lewes. A beautiful location.
