Hybrid Yoga Class – online or in the home studio

Class Description:

Class taught from home studio on the big screen. Attend online or come to the studio in Colliers Wood where you can meet my dog who is accustomed to being in the yoga class and is sometimes willing to be an excellent furry weight on the thighs. Beginners and General levels welcome.
