Induction to Iyengar Yoga
Over 5 classes you will practice a selection of foundation poses (called asanas), from standing poses to twists and seated postures as well as some back arching and inversions. You will also gain some background knowledge on the Iyengar Yoga tradition. Expect the class to be challenging but you will be guided and helped throughout. The course aims at giving you confidence to attend General classes as well as igniting in you enthusiasm for yoga, starting with increased stamina, muscle tone and ability to focus.
From January 2023 there will be 2 courses, on Mondays and Tuesdays at 7.30pm and 7pm.
