Gentle Class

Class Description:

A slower paced class for those that need a little longer getting in and out of the poses.  Options are given with and without a chair and additional props to make the sequence accessible for all.

Held at Light on Yoga Somerset, a fully equipped Iyengar yoga studio with ropes, above Bailey Hill Bookshop in Castle Cary
