Iyengar yoga for all – beginners welcome!

Class Description:

This yoga class is suitable for everyone, no matter what your ability I can accommodated you in this class.  Broadstone Hall Primary school is a great place to practice yoga. It is in the heart of Reddish, The Heatons, Stockport and even Levenshulme.  Plenty of space for us all and lots of parking on site.  The class is in the main school hall, the entrance is visible from the road.  All classes are £5 and you need to bring a blanket and a mat if you have one.
