Iyengar Yoga – Foundation

Class Description:

Iyengar Foundations set the scene and tone of your practice, They are the building blocks of all future poses and get you an understanding of how your body works. With a mindful understanding, we can correct posture issues and help recover from injuries and improve your movements to aid sports and daily life.

It’s designed for beginners however it’s important to the more established practitioner to regularly check in to these poses.
