Iyengar yoga Foundations

Class Description:

Grounding Yoga 4 week trial  is the first stage of your journey.

If you looking to reduce physical pain, release emotional baggage and feel more aligned in your life your in the right place

Over the 4 weeks together we work to get out of your head and into your body. This is a guided group sessions that leads you through yogic practices initiating change becoming more mindful, present, and self-aware.  Your body is a portal to your true self which we have lost in the business of  life and conditioning,so with Iyengar  yoga,  and educated connection to bring you out of your head and back into your body. Break free from overthinking and step into a more grounded, centred you.
